1. Service Description

GRXHUB provides online file processing tools including but not limited to image compression, video compression, file conversion, and other utilities. All uploaded files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after 1 hour.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GRXHUB, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services to:

  • Upload, process, or distribute illegal content
  • Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Abuse, harass, or harm others through our services
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • All files you upload to our services
  • Ensuring you have the right to process the files you upload
  • Maintaining backups of your original files
  • Downloading processed files before they are automatically deleted
  • Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

5. Sensitive Data Warning

Important Notice: While we implement security measures and automatically delete files after 1 hour, you should exercise caution when uploading sensitive personal data such as:

  • Identity documents (passports, ID cards, driver's licenses)
  • Medical or health records
  • Financial documents (bank statements, tax returns)
  • Confidential business documents

By uploading such files, you acknowledge the inherent risks of online file processing and consent to temporary processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing our services.

The GRXHUB name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy of processed files
  • Warranties regarding data security beyond our stated measures

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRXHUB and its operator shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use our services
  • Damages arising from unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time
  • Change these Terms of Service with reasonable notice
  • Suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andorra.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
