grxnd3r provides online file processing tools including but not limited to image compression, video compression, file conversion, and other utilities. All uploaded files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after 1 hour.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using grxnd3r, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the services to:

Upload, process, or distribute illegal content
Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the systems behind them
Use the services for any unlawful purpose
Abuse, harass, or harm others through the services
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

All files you upload
Ensuring you have the right to process the files you upload
Maintaining backups of your original files
Downloading processed files before they are automatically deleted
Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

5. Sensitive Data Warning

Important Notice: While I take security measures and delete files automatically after 1 hour, you should exercise caution when uploading sensitive personal data such as:

Identity documents (passports, ID cards, driver's licenses)
Medical or health records
Financial documents (bank statements, tax returns)
Confidential business documents

By uploading such files, you acknowledge the inherent risks of online file processing and consent to temporary processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you upload. I claim no ownership of your content. You grant me a limited, temporary license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the service you asked for.

The grxnd3r name, logo, and website design are my intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Warranties regarding the accuracy of processed files
Warranties regarding data security beyond the measures stated here

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Damages arising from your use or inability to use the services
Damages arising from unauthorized access to your data

My total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Modifications

I reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue any part of the services at any time
Change these Terms of Service with reasonable notice
Suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andorra.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
